We have one of the most modern and complete infrastructures for the functional research and development of vehicles, components and elements of road infrastructure. With the necessary computational capacity for simulation and virtual testing through CAE and final validation of the prototypes in our test laboratories:
Passive Safety Laboratories for the testing and validation of crash safety of components, subsystems, structures and complete vehicles with testing capacity for electric propulsion vehicles and equipped with the latest technologies and equipment for the acquisition and analysis of data and image .
It is located in an area of 23 hectares with different test tracks and allows for “in situ” testing of road containment systems, as well as elements and systems incorporated into the road infrastructure and their interaction with the vehicle.
With complete equipment for modal analysis, vibroacoustic behavior and sound quality among others, as well as a semi-anechoic chamber installation that allows complete vehicle tests while in motion.
Mechanical Experimentation Laboratory for structural and fatigue behavior testing of competent bodies within a wide range of loads. Within this laboratory there are complete facilities for the mechanical characterization of materials and obtaining their laws of behavior.
The high level of equipment in our facilities and the high technical competence of our multidisciplinary teams allow us to offer our clients a wide spectrum of experiment design and analysis possibilities, in order to obtain the greatest effectiveness in obtaining experimental results. the tests carried out for the development and approval of its products.
