R&D&iProcess Design

From the specifications that must be met by the end product, we design, develop and optimise production, inspection and assembly processes by using simulation tools (subject to continuous validation) and analysing process variables and the properties of the materials involved.

Process variables

We identify and control the main variables involved in processes in order to study their influence on end results and be able to determine their optimum values. Once these parameters are defined, we guarantee the suitability of the process with the necessary instrumentation and the proper control.
We use the right simulation tools to design processes and the tools needed to carry them out so as to shorten execution times and guarantee product usefulness.



We do in-depth research into the characteristics of the material transformation and production processes to get to know to what extent they change tech specs and their interaction with the behaviour of a certain product.

We characterise materials under real transformation conditions to highlight their possible advantages and/or limitations and be able to establish what process variables are most suited to achieve the desired goal (properties and cost).
