Quality politics

The Cidaut Foundation is a Technology Center that offers scientific research, innovation and technological development activities, mainly in the field of Transportation and Energy, and whose purpose is to energize the socio-economic environment and enable the development of people capable of generating value to society.

As an organization dedicated and oriented to research, development and technological innovation, we develop R&D&I projects, technological services and tests in the areas of product design, energy and environment, materials, transformation processes, vehicle safety, road safety, mobility, information technologies and industry 4.0 and acoustics and vibrations.

The Foundation has a constant orientation to offering the highest quality, guarantee and cutting-edge possible in our projects, technological services and tests, seeking to satisfy the requirements in an excellent way.

Aware of the importance of this commitment to quality and the satisfaction of our customers, it is necessary to have a quality management system in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the UNE-EN ISO / standard. IEC 17025: 2017 for accredited testing.

The Management, in order to establish the reference framework for the establishment of quality objectives, as well as to promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system, establishes this quality policy, with the following principles:

Likewise, Management considers quality as a strategic element in the organization, and communicates to workers and interested parties the importance of the implementation, development and continuous improvement of the quality management system, this being one of the main assets that the Foundation has so that in the future we continue to meet the expectations of clients and interested parties, and thus contribute to the purpose and sustainability of Cidaut.
